The session will kick off with opening remarks from Y+Global, followed by a keynote address from a young person living with HIV, sharing first-hand experiences with age of consent issues. Experts from the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University and the Kenya Legal & Issues Network on HIV & AIDS (KELIN) will provide a concise overview of “age of access” policies across regions with significant adolescent populations.
