The session will highlight the current road map towards maintaining momentum towards achieving global HIV care continuum targets. Speakers will discuss areas where critical investments are needed in order to ensure a robust and sustained response to HIV. The session will include an overview of the current global strategy for pandemic response and control, report on progress, and foresights about what is needed for sustainability. Critical material and human resource infrastructure needs will be discussed. A lens will be placed on resilience to disruptions in supply chain and health system continuity due to climate change and amid current political turbulences that threaten to impede prevention and treatment access for key populations by criminalizing them and the healthcare workers responsible for delivering services.
