This session will explore issues around tailoring prevention and care cascade services to individual needs. Presentations on lessons learnt will provide perspectives on successful strategies and potential pitfalls in the design and implementation of person-centred and tailored services for key populations. These lessons will include integrating HIV services with psychosocial support and sexual health services to meet adolescents’ needs, and simplifying and de-medicalizing HIV services through pharmacy delivery. The discussion will delve into the pervasive impact of structural racism on Black gay men in Europe and America, specifically addressing challenges in accessing HIV status-neutral services. It will also focus on overcoming barriers and finding solutions for trans individuals in accessing HIV prevention and care services. This session aims to be a catalyst for positive change, promoting a more personalized and equitable approach to HIV prevention and care.
